Frontline politician and philanthropist, Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, popularly known as Ofuji, has called on boys and young men across Nigeria to remain focused, morally upright, and purposeful as the world commemorates the International Day of the Boy Child.

In a goodwill message released to mark the occasion, Anyaso stressed the importance of emotional support, mentorship, and value reorientation for boys navigating the realities and pressures of modern society.

He acknowledged the varying experiences faced by young males, including boys preparing for adulthood, those forced by difficult circumstances to assume responsibilities early in life, and adult men reflecting on their childhood experiences and personal journeys.

According to him, every boy should understand that God’s guidance and love remain constant regardless of life’s challenges and uncertainties.

“To the boys who will become men tomorrow, to those who were forced to become men too early, and to the men who were once boys, never forget that you have a Father in God. You are seen, you are valued, and you are loved,” he stated.

The message has been viewed by many as part of Anyaso’s continued advocacy for youth empowerment, moral leadership, and inclusive development within Bende Federal Constituency and beyond.

Observers also believe the intervention comes at a time when many young people are grappling with increasing social and economic pressures, making mentorship and positive guidance more important than ever.
