The Deputy Governor of Abia State, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, FNSE, has felicitated with renowned legal practitioner and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Elder Etigwe Uwa, SAN, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a goodwill message marking the celebration, Emetu described Uwa as a distinguished legal luminary whose career has been defined by excellence, integrity and a strong commitment to justice.

The Deputy Governor commended Uwa for his remarkable achievements and longstanding contributions to the Nigerian legal profession.

He noted that Uwa’s depth of knowledge, intellectual capacity and mastery of legal practice had earned him considerable respect within and beyond the legal community.

According to Emetu, Uwa’s elevation to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria was a fitting recognition of his professional competence, hard work and sustained excellence in legal practice.

The Deputy Governor said Abia State was proud of the achievements of the legal practitioner, adding that his professional journey continued to serve as an inspiration to younger members of the legal profession and other professionals across the country.

Emetu wished Uwa many more years of good health, wisdom and fulfilment.

He also prayed that God would continue to strengthen the celebrant for greater accomplishments and enable him to make even more contributions to the development of the legal profession, Abia State and Nigeria.
