OMPAN Celebrates Don Lulu on Birthday, Applauds Commitment to Media Development

The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN), Abia State Chapter, has extended warm birthday wishes to its Patron and Coordinator of the Abia City Boy Movement, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe, popularly known as Don Lulu.
In a statement signed by the association's Chairman, Promise Uzoma Okoro, ANIPR, OMPAN described Mayor Igbokwe as a visionary leader, philanthropist and passionate supporter of media development whose generosity and commitment to humanity have positively impacted many lives.
